Privacy notice
This notice explains how we process the personal data of people who visit the website and people who write to us, as required by Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It applies to this website and to the websites of the fields Firmamento works in: Gradient Numerics, Boxy, Collimo, Backoffice.ai and Nodo.
Who the data controller is
Firmamento Technologies Società Cooperativa, Via Brigata Liguria 105R, 16121 Genoa, Italy. Tax code and VAT no. 03038500991.
For any question about your data: info@firmamentotechnologies.com or PEC (certified email) firmamentotechnologies@pec.it.
What data we process
Browsing data. Like any web server, the server that hosts the website records the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and the type of browser.
Form data. If you bring a need or apply using the forms on the website, we keep what you write: your name, your email address and the answers you choose to give us. We store it on our server, in Firmamento's private platform, where only our team reads it. Each time a form arrives, a copy also goes to the cooperative's email inbox. The system that receives the forms does not record your IP address.
Data you send us by email. If you write to us, we process your email address, your name and whatever you choose to tell us.
Please do not send us health data or other special categories of data that we do not need. The website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools. The only content that comes from another website is the YouTube player, and only if you start the video: the details are on the Cookies page.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
To assess your need or your application, to match those who bring needs with those who can solve them, and to reply to you: at your request, for pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for our legitimate interest in turning the needs we receive into startups (Article 6(1)(f)).
To run the website and protect it from abuse: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
To show you the YouTube video: the player loads only if you click the video, that is, with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
To comply with legal obligations, where they apply: Article 6(1)(c).
We do not make automated decisions and we do not carry out profiling.
How long we keep it
Browsing data: 90 days at most, unless it is needed to establish abuse.
Needs, applications and messages: as long as needed to assess them and to do the matching, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a relationship with the cooperative or with a startup begins. You can ask us to erase them earlier, at any time.
Who sees the data
The people in the cooperative who are authorised to process it.
The providers that help us run the website and email, as data processors: Hostinger, which hosts the website on a server in Frankfurt, Germany; Google, for email. Google may also process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
If you start the YouTube video, your IP address and the technical data of the request also reach Google Ireland Limited, which runs YouTube and processes them under its own privacy policy. Here too Google may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
We do not sell the data or pass it on to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing and to receive it in a readable format (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Just write to info@firmamentotechnologies.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), garanteprivacy.it.
